Intuitive Fitness for Women: Visualize Your Dream!
I will be offering a teleclass via call-in conference call on Monday, June 8, at 6:30pm Pacific time (9:30pm Eastern). The subject is Intuitive Fitness for Women: Visualize Your Dream! The class will include an explanation of the three components of intuitive fitness, followed by a guided visualization exercise to help you envision your healthiest, most pleasurable & sustainable relationship with the moving body. We will leave time for questions at the end. You’ll want to have a pen and your journal handy to take notes, and find a quiet place to sit and listen in on the call so you won’t be disturbed.
Once your payment has been received, you will get an email with the call-in number and secret code. Please note: If you can’t make this time, you can still register and listen to the class at a later time!
