I'm recently back from a trip home to Virginia, where we spent the holidays with my family.



I went with my sister and my fiance for a short hike up Humpback Rock.



And to a UVa basketball game...



I already miss my hometown, hometown friends, and wonderful family.





But it's nice to be back in California, working on all of my various projects. I'm in the final editing stages of my book, and gearing up for a busy season of personal training.
